How can I get to the hotel?

Is the entrance to the hotel open at night?
You can enter and exit the hotel at any time of the day and night. Our reception is active 24 hours.
What if I forgot something when packing?
In the locality there are supermarkets and shops where you can get toothbrushes, combs, nail files, shower caps, shaving sets, strips, shower gel, toiletries, shoe cleaning sets, sewing items and umbrellas at a Reasonable price.
How far is the Hotel from Barcelona / Girona Airport?
We are 85 km from Barcelona airport and 30 km from Girona airport.
How does the internet work in the hotel?
It is free, both in common areas and in the rooms.
What time can I enter the room?
The check-in will be from 1:00 p.m. and the check-out will be until 10:00 a.m.
Which credit cards do you accept?
VISA, MASTERCARD, MASTER. We do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS
Is it possible to book without a credit card?
For online reservations through our hotel website, we accept only credit cards. If you request it by email, you can also set your reservation by bank transfer.
What does the NON REFUNDABLE rate mean?
This rate is the cheapest, because it does not allow changes or cancellations without expenses, which will be 100%, that is, in no case will the amount be returned.
What do I have to do to make sure I have a room with a POOL VIEW?
You have to make a reservation for a VISPA POOL room. You can also request the category change by email. You will be informed about supplements and availability.
What is a quadruple room?
The Quadruple room has two double beds. We do not have rooms with 4 single beds.
What is the room equipped with?

Can I rent an iron?
There is an iron rental service for the rooms, upon deposit of € 10, which will be returned upon delivery of the keys.
Can I bring my pet?
No, pets are not allowed.
What is a triple room?
The room has two double beds or one double bed and one single bed, depending on availability.
How does the air conditioning work?
You can autonomously regulate the air conditioning in each room during the summer months.
Are hot drinks available in the room?
There is a rental service for water heaters for the rooms, subject to a deposit of € 10, which will be returned upon delivery of the keys
Is there a pool towel or do I have to bring it?
At the reception, we have pool towels. A deposit of € 10 is left per towel and can be changed as necessary during your stay. The deposit will be returned when the towel is finally delivered.
What power connection do I need for my electrical appliances?
The current is 220 volts.
At what age is the children's rate considered?
Up to 11 years old is considered a child rate. With 12 years or more is considered an adult.
How can I request the crib? Does it have any additional cost?
Cots are free for small travelers. You must request it in advance by phone, email or at the time of booking specifying it in the observations.
From what age can they access the slides?
In order to be able to pull the slide in compliance with safety regulations, the child must have a minimum height of 1.10 cm.
At what age is the baby considered?
Until the age of 1.99 is considered a baby rate, which has no additional cost.
Are the slides and Splash zone open all season?
The slides and Splash zone are open from 05/28/2019 to 09/20/2019 both included. The pool is open from opening to closing of the Hotel.
From what age can the child be left in the mini club?
From the age of 4. Children under 4 years old must be accompanied by parents.
Are there foods for lactose intolerant, celiac, wheat allergy or diabetics?
Yes, let us know in advance and we will prepare the appropriate products for your arrival.
Is there a computer at the hotel where guests can print?
At the reception there is a printing service for airline tickets, from PDF file, Price: € 0.50 / ticket. (boarding passes, etc.)
Is there a breakfast buffet at the hotel?
Enjoy a wide selection of delicatessen in our breakfast restaurant.
What does the Half Board include?
Includes breakfast and other food service, being able to choose lunch or dinner. Drinks are not included, only machine water enters.
What does the All Inclusive include?
Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, and private label drinks. Bar service from 10:00 to 23:30 (white label). Other brands have a 50% discount). SnaksBar service from 10:00 to 18:30 (pool bar) with fastfood (potatoes, kebabs, hamburgers, etc.) and cocktails.
How can I get a bicycle / car?
Our reception will help you with the rental.
Can I order tourist routes and call taxis from the hotel?
Yes, at the hotel reception we will recommend excursions and outings.
Lunch and dinner in and around the hotel?
There are all kinds of restaurants serving international and national cuisine in the surroundings of the hotel.

Can the parking be reserved? What additional cost does it have?
You cannot reserve the parking spaces. It has an additional cost of € 10 per night.
